Service questions
Do you service scooters bought elsewhere?
Yes. We service Xiaomi, Segway-Ninebot and NAVEE scooters regardless of where they were bought. Warranty repairs require proof of official purchase.
How long does a typical service take?
Safety inspections take about an hour. Most repairs are completed within 1–3 working days depending on parts.
Can I buy spare parts without a service?
Yes. Genuine parts are available at our service centers and can be ordered for delivery.
